  2. Preliminary estimate

We reply with an estimated range based on your photos and details.

  3. In-person inspection

We test metal purity, weigh the piece and grade any stones in front of you or by insured post.

  4. Offer & payout

WHAT AFFECTS VALUE

How offers are calculated

Metal & weight

Purity and weight set the base value, based on current market prices.

Stones

Diamonds are graded on the 4Cs. Certificates can improve the offer.

Brand & condition

Designer pieces in good condition may be valued above metal and stone value.

Trade-in credit

Choosing credit towards a new piece may increase the value you receive.
